For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: The staff is very nice. Pull through site was ok, not super level, but we carry enough supports to compensate. Plenty of gravel for parking on. Very convenient to the historical sites. Easy to get to. Other reviews mentioned the highway noise and yes we could hear it a bit, but it was no bother in our spot, we were out and about most days anyway. We never got to use the pool and spa as it closed at eight. Office closes at 5:00 so bring back what you need in the evening. Bathrooms cleaner than most campgrounds. The water was hot enough for me, the water pressure was ok.

Jim Bob

For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: Very loud with highway right beside the sites. Many sites are stacked on top of each other and the buffer is no wider than a fire ring. We went for monster mash weekend. Poorly organized, hay ride was broken. They have 2 very small pools can’t imagine they fill the needs of the 400 sites. Mini golf lame. I’m pretty sure their aren’t any fish in that pond.

Brittany

For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: Horrible. This resort was dirty, 2 of 3 washing machines were out of order, the bathrooms look like an old high school locker room, and the water only got warm (not hot!). They charged us 63.75 for one night, and none of the amenities were available- no pool, no hot tub. The hookups were janky and worn which was worrisome. When we arrived we asked the woman at the front desk to recommend a campsite and she told us the staff doesn't really get out to look at the campsites so we should just go checkout the available spots. Would NEVER recommend this rv Park, and would certainly never return.

MN

For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: Friendly staff, but way overpriced. Noisy, pool opens at 11 (and slide at 12!), small site, golf carts all over the place, outdated playground and restrooms. Would not go back.

Scheinin

For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: Spent the July 4th week at Drummer Boy Camping Resort. As advertised it is big rig friendly. We were in spot 504. Others have complained about the expressway noise, but it seems to me a lot of these RV resorts are either next to the expressway or train tracks. However, they advertise internet access, which is very important to me. Their internet is through tengointernet. It was hard to connect. When connected got dropped. Connection speed very slow, even in the middle of the night. For me it amounted to no internet. I had to use my hotspot, which costs me money.

Vambie

For Drummer Boy Camping Resort: We were warned about the road noise, so it is hard to complain , but boy oh boy is it loud. You cannot have a conversation outside without yelling. Even with our double pane windows we had to do some yelling inside. It does have a septic smell certain times during the day. Bad enough that we wouldnt sit outside. Price was decent. One night when we returned there was someone driving a golf cart acting as if they were drunk with several also drunk on board, weaving around the roads. They almost hit us and we were stopped. you could see where they were spinning out gravel. Also if you have dogs nervous about noises they absolutely do not stay here. I love trees, but the acorn bombs every few minutes scared me and my dogs. It was disturbing. We will stay at the koa next time.
