For Sun Outdoors Portland South: $90 is outrageous for an overnight stopover, but choices were slim approaching Portland OR. This is a neat, clean, bland suburban RV park. It’s the Best Western of RV Parks.

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: All ok but prices went up $30 per site with new ownership since last year.

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: This RV park is great! Level, paved spots with grass/trees in between. Easy to maneuver. Our 40’ 5th wheel and truck maxed out the length of the pull through pad. No picnic tables included, but large enough for a few chairs. Large dog park and dog break areas. Good laundry facility to include a large capacity washer/dryer and a separate pet wash laundry area. Comfortable club house, kids playground (small), store, and outdoor seating with fire pits at the main building. Pool was closed for COVID, but bathroom and showers were open-very clean. Walking distance to Costco and Target. This is a quiet park. Staff was very helpful! Paid $62 a night.

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: This is one of my favorite RV Parks. I challenge anyone to find a cleaner park. I noticed some reviews complained about tight spaces. I had no problem with my 34 ft class A. Location is excellent as there are multiple wineries nearby for tasting; Costco across the street and close to Portland. We steamed here in 2018 also and will probably stay here on my way back from Alaska.

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: Very beautiful park. Well-maintained. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Sites are a bit tight, but our Class B Roadtrek fit fine. No picnic tables and WiFi was sketchy, so 4 stars instead of 5. But showers and bathrooms were great. Staff friendly. About 20 minutes to Portland and convenient to Columbia Gorge and Mt. Hood

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: Showers and other facilities very clean and bright with coded access. Good sized dog walking area. The two sites we've been at had level concrete pads. Not every site has a shade tree but many do. Super close to Costco and other shopping/restaurants. Store has a small selection of food and drink products. Tough to get a spot in the summer. Wifi is good and we're about halfway from edge to center of the park. Some seasonals, but the rigs are above average and sites are well kept. Lots of rules but that's ok. Special laundry room for doing area rugs and pet beds.

For Sun Outdoors Portland South: The staff were friendly to us, unlike other reviewers. After that, forget it.
The sites are tiny and impossible to park your rig in. The grass is practically dead. The roads are impossibly small for an RV park, for God's sake. I could pee out my window and hit multiple neighbors.
No room at my spot for my 5th wheel and my truck and nowhere to park my truck. No room to bbq. Oh, and an unlevel spot so my rig looked like it was ready for takeoff.
How this place calls themselves premier and top 8 in the country, I have no idea.
And to add insult to injury, the wi-fi sucks so bad I have to use 4g to post this review!
