For Rogue Elk: We were looking for a place to camp in the general area to break up a long drive. We're self contained and don't use the facilities. We stayed on a Saturday night in late August in our 25 foot MH.
This was a good CG. There are 2 loops - 30-39 appears to be tents only. We were in the other loop. The sites are relatively large, open and level. There are some trees for shade, not for privacy. Some sites are right on the Rogue River. There is some road noise for the sites along the road. There's no wifi. There's usable ATT service and no Verizon service. The host was friendly and helpful.
There are several places to stop and view or hike along the Rogue River.
