For Pilot RV Park: This was an overnight stay for us and was a very clean, well-maintained campground. I was told that most of the campers there are full or part-time residents either working close by or just enjoying the life. As others have said, it is behind the Pilot Truck Stop and therefore very close to the Interstate. We could hear continuous traffic but it was not bad with the air conditioner on (I wouldn’t like leaving the windows open even though the weather was perfect!) The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t check out the laundry nor the bathrooms but I expect they were very well maintained as well. The only thing that I couldn’t get to work was the WiFi but I didn’t really need it as the Verizon signal was 4 bars and we have unlimited data. All in all a very nice overnight stop. Easy in and out.

For Pilot RV Park: Nice quiet RV park behind the truck stop. Only talked to the staff over the phone but very polite and friendly. Only stayed the night on our way through but would stay again. Very quiet and clean. WiFi is garbage, but who goes to a campground expecting amazing WiFi? Nice pull through spot and super level. Most solid site I've stayed at in a while.

For Pilot RV Park: Very easy access but you do need to drive through the Pilot truck stop. Used to belong to Pilot but not anymore. Very nicely kept, paved spots which were very level. Very nice camp host when we were there. Had a nice space with lots of grass and a large shade tree. Will stay here again when in this area.
