For Winchester Bay RV Resort: We braved this resort on Memorial Day Weekend. The place was packed, but I’ve never seen a cleaner RV resort. Close and easy access to the Dunes, this is a great resting spot for adventurers. Not a fan of ATVs and dirt bikes? Just looking for a quiet relaxing weekend? Never fear. This resort has rules prohibiting the use of off-road vehicles inside the park. You must tow or push your ride out of the park before firing the engine. A dock at the gate to the park is a great place to fish/crab or just let the kids explore the rocks/beach below during low tides. The mile long paved path around the park is great for walks/bike rides.

For Winchester Bay RV Resort: Great place. Clean, easy in and out, proper full hook ups and can’t beat the location. Right on the harbour and a short walk to the stores and restaurants.

For Winchester Bay RV Resort: this is the best water front rv park i have been to. it is immaculate . sites are level cement slabs with wide grass area having a fire grate/pit and picnic table. low shrubs separate sites. no litter or dirt anywhere. great landscaping. spacious feel. we were in site 61 on the bay side . all sites on the bay side were roomy, starting from site 57 on up to the super large sites ( i think 118/119) that are 80 some feet long. the mid row sites without a water view were good too. the sites in the side of the park closest to the road and the atv rv park across the road had a more crowded feel to them . there are 2 buildings that contain large clean showers, bathrooms and laundry. the sites on the harbor side looked great too.
there is a one mile footpath along the bay . there id s small sandy beach within walking distance but there is a parking area by the beach for the non walking set too. there are some ok cafe/tavern spots within about 20 -30min walking by the harbor.
fishing and crabbing are great.
