For KOA Holiday Oregon Dunes: Basically the sites are dirt, or mud if it rains. Nearly $100 for a site with weak 30 amp service . Fishing lake is a swamp overgrown. No amenities other than an axe throwing area.
Definitely not an RV resort , but rather an overpriced campground from long ago.

For KOA Holiday Oregon Dunes: We live this KOA. We have been staying here every year for over 20 years. Have watched the change in ownership and improvements throughout our tenure. Have enjoyed all the upgrades.Clean, great access to dunes and freshwater lake. On-site store is well stocked.

For KOA Holiday Oregon Dunes: Great facility. Food prices are insane though. $4.50 for the ice cream social and bring your own bowl? Really? The overflow tent “P†area is tight, but do-able. Otherwise it is the best offering with direct access to the beach and dunes for off-roading.
