For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: We really enjoyed our stay at Premier RV Resort. The staff/host were amazing from the time we made our reservation to checking in and escorting us to our site. The property was clean and very well maintained. As other have said it is somewhat snug but we had no problem with our 33 ft Airstream and Ford F-350. We were impressed with the happy hour and live music on the weekend. And, complimentary donuts on Sunday. The beach was a short walk across the street and some sites offer an ocean view. I would stay here again.

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Not big rig friendly. We have 45’ MH. Had to ask people to move vehicles in order for us to squeeze into our site. Virtually no outdoor space. Half of a picnic table is all that would fit. Very tight spaces. Dog park was ok, but with how tight everything was, at least they had one. The staff needs to let customers know it’s not for big rigs. Will not stay again.

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Very nice park! Everything clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and nice! Good location, easy to find.

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Agree with others. Cable tv and wifi good. Very,very tight spots. Would not stay here again.

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Pros: Nice manicured park. Sites are all cement, with a half table/bench on a small patio. Most sites are very close together, and parking is really tight.
The electricity, 50amp is good
Cable TV is included and excellent
Wifi is the best we've had at an RV park. It's included in the price.
The flowers and landscaping are beautiful.
Best quiet and less wind is on the upper level where most of the staff are parked.

Cons: The staff are always driving around in golf carts smoking. I have never been to a business where the employees smoke while working and driving and addressing the customers. Seems like everyone that works here smokes all the time!
There are 2 dog parks. One is splotchy grass and mud the other is pea gravel. They both stink and my little dogs do not like the dog pens. The place is dog friendly but they want you to walk your dog down the middle of the street so they don't relieve themselves on any grassy area.
The water pressure is very poor so the manager said they tell people to use they're water pumps to get more pressure.

There are some ocean views but if a neighbor parks next to you your view is the side of their RV.
I don't think the price for the sites are a very good value..

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Very tight parking, spaces are very close together, no room to park tow car with rv. Road noise bad . The best part is the management is very bad, our car was a 1 foot in the drive way, because again no room to park tow with RV. So told many times to move car but no room with slides out on RV and no place to park car, Would not stay here again, many nicer parks near by.

For Premier RV Resorts-Lincoln City: Pros: good location across from the beach, fenced in dog park, good-sized paved sites, organized social activities, close to town with good restaurants and shopping, can walk to the local movie theater and glass making studio

Cons: small dog park that is not kept clean by users, busy road in the summer, expensive, spa closes early at night
