For Moon Mountain RV Resort: Very clean road trip stop. Accepted our mini aussie dog. She is about 35 lbs. Laundry, showers, and dumpsite. Electric 50/30/20, water and sewer.

For Moon Mountain RV Resort: AVOID!!! First, they did not mention when making the reservation that their restrooms / showers were closed due to covid. We have stayed in 5 campgrounds this week and NOT ONE closed their bathrooms to PAYING patrons. Second, this seems like a permanent residence for the grumpiest older folks I ever met in my life. No hellos-cold stares and glares from anyone older than 50. Next, The “hiking trail” they mention is not accessible from inside the park, which adds a mile to the hike out of the campground . When I used the reasonable shortcut, I was severely chastised by an older resident. No trespassing should not include PAYING patrons of the park. Honestly the snobbiest, meanest older people I’ve ever met and I’ve been RVing for 5 years. It should mention how ridiculously close to the I-5 highway it is...finally, no table in the site. Glad we had a little rv this trip, it is TIGHT IN HERE. Very disappointed and will never stay again.

For Moon Mountain RV Resort: This is a very well-kept camp with a gorgeous view. The only negatives are freeway noise and very narrow sites. We're small, so had wiggle room for chairs and we only stayed overnight so it was okay for us.

For Moon Mountain RV Resort: Other than a nice view towards the valley, not much else to give it another star. Very narrow spaces, hardly room to set up a couple of folding chairs in our space - definitely no room for a picnic table. No green space to enjoy the outdoors within the entire park. Right next to I-5, lots of freeway noise. It looks well maintained but I would not return here.
