For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: Nice location, right on the Williamson river, not real far from Crater Lake. The lady that checked us in was wonderful, she could not have been any nicer. We stayed on space #8 which was right on the river. This spot is setup (E/W hookups) for pull in forward, which was perfect for our B Class Thor Sequence. You can Back in if you want & run your E/W under your rig. The only thing missing was a sewer hookup. You have to dump when leaving.

For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: I would like to give more stars, but to be fair, this one only gets three stars. First: We had an EXCELLENT experience with the staff. Very helpful and kind. The location is great in terms of being right on the river, and great access to swim and fish. The grounds were well kept, we did not use bathrooms. We had a 50 am pull through with a water view. Why three stars: the noise from adjacent Hwy. 97 made the setting a bit noisy, but it was an easy pull off from the road to get to. My biggest complaint is that the sites are very narrow. Adjacent campers had to really work at locating their rigs so that slides and awnings could be used. Thank goodness our neighbor did not use their fire pit, it was literally right outside of our Class A drivers window. As long as your neighbors are friendly, you should be ok here. This campground is super dog friendly with lots of areas to run and play (they are not fenced), and everyone was happy and having fun. I want to give this four stars but the width of campsites and freeway noise, lack of cable TV I have to give it three.

For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: We stayed in full hookup pull through site #12 for four nights and it was very comfortable. The electrical post had 30 and 50 amp plugs so we were able to run 2 air conditioners on several 100+ degree days. Very nice! This campground is right next to the Williamson river. We took our beach chairs down and placed them in the water to stay cool. It worked like a charm! Excellent bathrooms with very large showers. The free campground wifi worked at our site and it was pretty good. My AT&T phone had 2 bars and my wife's Verizon phone had 3 bars. The office manager is named Tracy and she is super nice. We did the Highway 138 scenic drive based on her recommendation. Our favorite stops were Toketee and Watson falls. Crater Lake National Park is about an hour away and it is a must see as well. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tracy!

For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: Lots of spaces, near the river, boat dock, shallow areas for the kids, grassy and shady areas, play area for the kids, dog friendly, a little store in the office with ice and necessities, easy hookups, very friendly staff. Gravel roads and grass patches. Tables and bbq’s at each site. We will definitely come here again!

For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: Most site too close to
Others. Unethical staff know some sites have electrical issues and rent them anyway. Some sites no sewer. Too much for what it is. Nice bathrooms and laundry, river is lovely. But we now have electrical problems in our RV in spite of the surge protector. Further, male camp host lied, blamed our RV which is almost brand new and worked perfectly before there. Wifi does not work.

For Water Wheel RV Park and Campground: We pull in around 4:30 after a long drive and this stop was nothing if not inviting. The river front, the helpful staff and just far enough from the freeway to dampen the highway noise. Granted you are quite close to your neighbor but ours were friendly. The waste dump was easy to access too.
