For Blue Ox RV Park: Although the facility is nice and well-kept, the staff and long-term residents make this park UNBEARABLE. The indoor pool is heated, and was the best part of our stay. Facilities were clean, and basic. They boast free high speed wifi, but the only place you can access it is by sitting in the rec room at the front of the property. Did not give us a weekly or monthly discount when we stayed for 30 days. On the day we were leaving and packing up for a 5-month road trip they kicked us out, and threatened to have the sheriff remove me and my 3 year old disabled son, due to there being 'an unclean campsite.' The reason it was messy is that we were laying everything out to organize and pack it properly for the long trip. I wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it. for real. I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. 95% of the RVs there are long-term residents that micromanage the travelers and non-stop call the front office for even the slightest annoyance for them. They called that my son was screaming. He is disabled, we informed them ahead of time. They called and asked me to quiet my son... unprofessional.

For Blue Ox RV Park: Beautiful clean park and friendly knowledgeable staff. Concrete pads with nice greenery between sites. Great laundry, indoor pool and Rec room. Quiet park as it’s tucked back off the main road. Convenient to stores, hiking and other activities. Visit the historic carousel and museum in Albany. It’s has a beautiful running carousel you can ride and a tour of the wood carving and painting facility. We will definitely stay at this park again.

For Blue Ox RV Park: Everything was clean and tidy, pool was small but perfect for us and no chlorine stink, showers were clean, didn’t try laundry, but facilities looked good. Rec room was big with ping pong, pool table, couch, tables and chairs, and a big tv. Attached exercise area looked well kept up. Affordable and comfortable.
