For Big Bend: Stayed at Big Bend campground, A25, with a 26' trailer. Had a great time. Pretty views of the lake. Not much shade, if going in the summer time. Campground is spacious and the slots are nicely angled to allow for a lake view from your window. Great covered pavilions and fire ring at most campsites. Didn't visit the bathhouses or shared bathrooms. There is a playground and disc golf course nearby. We enjoyed going around to Sandy Cove for a small taste of a trip to the beach. The Core of Engineers facilities are solid.

For Big Bend: Great Army Corp Engineer campground. Great lakeside sites. Well spaced and maintained.

For Big Bend: Great campground, with the spring rains the lake was flooded and boat docks and one of the other campgrounds was under water. The main road to this campground was also flooded so there was a detour that was a nuisance. Overall it was quite, not a single boat on the lake, the showers looked clean. The picnic area next to the campground was also closed so that gave us a place to walk the dog. I would come back.

For Big Bend: Very clean and great view of lake. Sites are level and easy to backin.
