Pam

For Alton Campground: We stayed one night when passing through. It’s just a very nice place to park, with professional hookups, and nice owners. Would definitely stay again.

Gene

For Alton Campground: This is a small RV park the owners are very nice you are not going to get any closer to the city than here. We stayed for 3 nights no issues

Reba

For Alton Campground: Nice staff and close to a lot of things. This fit the bill perfect for a peaceful place to spend a night while traveling. This will be good place for us in the future, when we need a place to park our RV. I'd make a reservation though, as space was very limited.

tjfontenot

For Alton Campground: Spaces are tight and overpriced. Owner is very anal but nice. Not much selection in the area.

RvTravelPro

For Alton Campground: It's difficult to find a decent campground in the Columbus area and this campground is no exception. It's a glorified gravel parking lot. If you're looking for a place to park your camper, this would do in a pinch but at $45 per night, it's a ripoff. No wifi, no cable and the bathrooms were still closed in April.

Marleen

For Alton Campground: Convenient to family & friends in Columbus area and nice clean park. Nothing on site for kids but close to a lot of other activities. Very few trees for shade but everything else you need for a stop over. Very friendly staff.
