For Lakeside Resort Park: Have stayed here seasonally since the new owners took over. A great place full of great people is exactly how I would describe this place. Can't go for a walk or a golf cart ride without being greeted or a friendly wave. It's great to see so many friendly people in such a friendly place. The new owner has put a lot of work into fixing this place up and continues to make more improvements each year. Can't wait to get back and get camping at Lakeside again!

For Lakeside Resort Park: Have been at Lakeside from the start of the new owner taking over. It amazes me what a great change has taken place. Part of me doesn't want the outside world to know what a "gem" of an RV park this has become but realize that word-of-mouth will let my secret out...hahaha! The best thing I have found at Lakeside is the staff. They (James and Karen) are the best. VERY helpful and very nice. If you want to take a drive and check it out , I wholeheartedly tell you to do so. Cleo has made many of the lots pull-through and has plans to make many more. They have a lot of activities for children and adults and everyone is friendly. Hope you will check it out sometime.

For Lakeside Resort Park: This campground is under new ownership as of 2014. The park has improved greatly since the new owners have taken over. They are a nice, humble family with one goal, to enjoy camping. This park had many activities throughout the summer last year 2015. My wife and I have been camping here since 2014, and the new owners have added, sewer at every site and have replaced a lot of the main water lines. Please remember that this park is up and coming, there may be some construction happening and the owners are doing their best with what they have.
Overall it is a nice, clean, well taken care of and loved park. Previous reviewers may have had a bad day or something didn't go as planned for their "standards" but everyone needs to see what this park is becoming not what it was.
We look forward to seeing you there in 2016! Can't Wait!!

For Lakeside Resort Park: It's tough to even call this a campground. Yes, there are travel trailers but all are seasonal or full time. It looks like a very run down unmanaged trailer park. We would not return and rank this as one of the worst campgrounds we've stayed in eight years of camping.

For Lakeside Resort Park: I think many overlook Lakeside Campground, but shouldn't. Under new management, the owners are kind and considerate. Under a very short time they have upgraded the facilities and make this a great family friendly place to camp. Close to the state park there are plenty of additional activities to engage in... Don't overlook this gem!
