For Misty Mountains Park: $90 for a grass parking spot with 0 amenities. It is nicely maintained with pleasant people, but way way over priced. I expected a lot more when they answer their phone as a resort. The most expensive park we have stayed at, but not the best.

Desert Dweller

For Misty Mountains Park: It’s a lot to pay for a lumpy grass parking space. The sites couldn’t be closer (just a picnic table between them). If you call you’re told to sign up on their website—which means you pay “site unseen.” I’ll won’t do that again. There’s a building at the entrance with a sign that says NOT AN OFFICE. The only other building, at the back with RV PARK on it, was a utility shed. Nobody visible to ask questions (like could I move to a flatter site or what’s the wifi password). Finally knocked on non-office door and at least the guy was reasonably friendly. Wrote the password on a card for me. There are dogs and roosters, but they’re quiet at night.

For Misty Mountains Park: Nice stop over point. We will stay here again. Gravel level site, picnic table, fire ring, electric, water, dump station. Very easy access off of Highway even though we were only a few blocks from the highway we had is zero traffic noise and the campsite was very very quiet. Swing set was close to a pond with no swimming signs at it, enclosed large dog park. Fair price.

Brian

For Misty Mountains Park: This is a nice clean little RV Park/Campground right off the I-86 in the small town of Cuba, NY. Very easy entrance with no clearance issues and sites large enough to accommodate the largest of RV’s including tow vehicle and/or trailer, several pull thru’s. $40.00 per night for FHU 50 amp site, Good Sam discount or Passport America for 1 night stay excluding weekends or holidays. Water is clean and cold, 50 amp reliable and friendly folks. Would stay again if in the area.

Denny

For Misty Mountains Park: Easy access off the interstate highway.
Good shower facility, but not fancy by any means. Quiet and clean. Good location if traveling across country. Cuba is an interesting little town, but shuts down at the end of the day.
