For Alamo Casino: We stopped here for an overnight stop in early June at around 4:00 pm and there were quite a few big rigs. The dirt/gravel parking lot is huge so there is plenty of room. You have to walk through the smokey casino to get to the Iron Skillet Restaurant inside the casino, but to our delight the restaurant is non-smoking and you can’t smell the smoke from the casino. The food was good, but the manager was the only person taking orders and serving because they were short handed. When we woke up in the morning to leave there were some more big rigs, but no RV’s in the parking lot. There are overhead lights and we felt safe there. The Union Pacific railroad tracks are nearby and you can hear the freight trains, but we like trains, so it wasn’t an issue for us. There were several stations around the casino for us to fill up with diesel fuel. I would recommend an overnight here.

For Alamo Casino: Really huge level gravel parking lot. There are several trucks here but they don’t appear to be running their engines. We’re really close to the highway, but for some reason, I don’t hear it inside my coach. easy access for any size rig. This lot is across the street from the casino so we might give it a try for breakfast in the morning.

For Alamo Casino: Huge gravel lot. Mixture of big rigs, trailers and motor coaches felt totally safe. Level ground and did I mention huge? Didn’t even speak to anyone about it. Just pulled in parked and slept.

For Alamo Casino: Huge gravel lot across the street, got permission from staff in Iron Skillet. Lots of trucks there but only 2 or 3 RV’s. No one bothered us.

For Alamo Casino: This place is now called the Alamo Casino. We ate at the Iron Skillet in the Casino and the staff told us we could park in the dirt lot across the street. A few Big semis were there but it was way quieter than the Walmart parking lots we've stayed in before. Very nice people, felt safe, and was able to sleep in before hitting the road again. :) & there's a Dunkin Donuts attached to the casino for breakfast and coffee in the morning.
