For Sparks Marina RV Park: We have stayed at this park a few times now in our 35 foot fifth wheel. The other reviews are on it, clean, nice bathrooms. The laundry room is also pretty clean, too. We have had nothing but great experiences with the staff, but I have heard from others that they are pretty strict on their dog policies (we have two cats, they never bark). They do get uppity about where you take your dog to go to the bathroom as the staff has to clean up the landscaping areas around the perimeter, which appear to have assorted dog leftovers there, and after a rain, it does smell like pee. So, given how clean the rest of the park is, they probably don’t like folks having their dogs go potty in the landscaping. Now to our review: this is an urban environment and becoming more so every day with two large apartment complexes being built (one next door, one across the street). The location is good, near a lot of services, and you can easily walk over to the lake for a decent walk or bike ride. However, the traffic in my estimation is starting to be difficult, and do not count on this being a camping experience at all. We are concerned about the development nearby making this a place that is not tolerable to stay in given the changes in the environment, but only time will tell. We are on a first name basis with the staff and have enjoyed using the club house kitchen, the treadmill/elliptical, and they have a nice (but small and popular) pool/spa. They have a nice store, good ice and again, staff there is great. The mail service is wonderful, we order up stuff when there, and they call us when there is a package. They are increasing prices, but this is the BEST place to stay in all of the Reno area. So much so, I would like to open up my own RV park nearby as this place is very busy. Call ahead for reservations, especially in the summer.

For Sparks Marina RV Park: One of the best parks we’ve ever stayed. Clean level paved streets, concrete parking pads, artificial turf patio area. Restrooms and showers were super clean. Nice park across the street with lake and off leash dog park. Shopping and restaurants very close by. Definitely recommend this park.

For Sparks Marina RV Park: Excellent, super clean park. All paved, all level, easy pull thus, pool, store, propane and friendly staff on site.

Restrooms, laundry and showers all super clean.

Will stay here again.

For Sparks Marina RV Park: This was the most unfriendly and snobby park we have ever stayed at. They are marginally dog friendly - provided your dog is on Prozac and doesn't make a sound and can hold its pee/poop to the dog park which can be a bit of a walk for little dogs. They are on you like flies on manure if your dog is not picture perfect. And if you are even 10 minutes late in checking out hey will circle your space with their little golf carts and one manager even showed his gun to let us know we needed to get it quickly. I do NOT recommend staying here and I certainly will not ever again.

For Sparks Marina RV Park: Excellent park! Safe secure level .... Beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub and location ... Only thing the WiFi is not reliable ... Comes and goes with the demand on the system . Stayed in a Motorhome towing ... This is a resort !

For Sparks Marina RV Park: Good location but a parking lot in a city. Very very clean nice pool. Walk to shopping. Nice lake to walk around. We had a 34 foot motorhome

For Sparks Marina RV Park: Nice place in a good area to shop, go to movies, gamble, etc. Very clean everywhere and really nice clubhouse. Access in and out very good and utilities very good except flaky wifi. Fairly close to neighbors. Mostly quiet with occasional city noise. Stayed several nights and found plenty of things to do in the area. Have stayed here before and will again.
