For Keystone RV Park: The guy in the office was nice and sent me out with the campground map to find a site. He was confident they had spaces for a 40' and could see our unit outside the office. We checked out the spots and left. The whole campground is very cramped. There were many of what appeared to be long-term residents and their accumulated "stuff." But hey we did see a disabled pickup truck outlined in Christmas lights and you don't see that every day.

For Keystone RV Park: Campground is clean and well maintained. Which caused the first problem as the total area is asphalt (roads, pads, etc except for some minimal grass and tree areas at the roadway corners), that they had just newly topped with thick black oil. So it stuck to our shoes which had to stay outside and the dogs feet which necessitated them being carried to the car and back. The size of the spaces are not excessive and many had to park their second vehicle elsewhere away from their rigs. Full hookup of both 30 and 50 amps are available. Stayed in a motorhome and did not try the restrooms/showers. There is no pool or other recreation facilities available. They say they are pet friendly, but they have nearly no area within the campground that pets can used as they are banned from the few grassy areas. The designated dog run is the concrete sidewalk outside the campground that is a several block walk depending where you are located in the campground. The cost for a 30amp spot on the south loop was $55. In the back behind the wall was 4th avenue and the railroad track. As it was 104 degf today; little noise was heard over the air conditioner. I believe the other end of the campground parallels the interstate 80 freeway. OK, but wouldn't come back.
