For West Side - Rye Patch SRA: This is a hidden gem if you are traveling through NV. The west side cg is on the reservoir near the boat ramp. Level gravel spots. Beautiful quiet setting just far enough of the highway. Flush toilets! Free shower! $20 for non NV. We stayed here twice on a trip to Yellowstone. Perfect for a camper van. No hookups but there are electric charging stations at the river. The river campground perfect for a tent. Recommend either.

For West Side - Rye Patch SRA: There are 2 RV park areas here. We cruised both and had difficulty finding a site with electric. We ended up going to the west park which has a nice but sparse bathhouse. We also saw a BIG snake cross the road on the lower RV park where there was more vegetation. That's another reason we chose the west campground with its gravel sites!
We thought of this place as semi-primitive.

For West Side - Rye Patch SRA: Very nice State Park $15 with water and Elec Hookup. Many times better then going into Winnemucca
