For Don Laughlins Riverside Resort Casino: The pros. It’s free. The cons. It’s right on the Main Street so expect road noise. Security told us that if you’re staying only a night or two you don’t need to register your rig.

For Don Laughlins Riverside Resort Casino: Very nice place however it is the most unorganized reservation system I've ever seen. I'm not sure they know what sites are available. We are currently in a site that will only hold our 35' trailer and are expected to park our tow rig 50 yards away. Their fallback is that they can put you in level 6 which is also called the corral. An area that has rv's stuffed into a fairly small area with less room than in a rv sales lot. We've been coming here for 5 years and stay for a month. Every year we make a reservation months in advance but they can't tell you what site until you get here. Each year we hoped they would improve. We come here to meet relatives from Minnesota. They have come here 16 years with the similar results. It's not the place that is the problem it's the system and the employees are taught to work with that system. I think they would like to be more helpful but that would buck the system. There are good things I could say about Don Laughlin's Riverside Rv Park but I'm not happy right now. It may be the old system that if you grease the wheels you might get a better site and that's why they hold back until you get here. I don't know that to be true but I've heard other people say that.

For Don Laughlins Riverside Resort Casino: Stayed overnite 6/24/2014. Very large facility - sites in the hundreds. They primarily cater to snowbirds in the winter months. When we stayed, the place was barely occupied. Shuttle runs regularly from your site to the Riverside Casino (shuttle runs until 1am). The casino has nice restaurants and multiplex movies besides bingo and gaming. Restrooms were closed in our section due to the slow season. During summer, office hours are 8am to 4pm. However, the office posts available sites to choose for after-hours arrivals. I'd stay again.
