For Hubbards Beach Campground: A pleasant campground with narrow, grassy sites and some shade. About 50% of the sites are permanent and packed in tight. The bathhouse was old and minimal, rate it a1 star, coin showers, lukewarm water, shower water smelled like rusty iron. There was a warning in the laundry about the water maybe staining whites so we washed only towels and undies. There was a sign that the water contained high levels of arsenic and deemed unsafe to drink but that they had a safe water well though we decided not to use that. The sites were clean and flat and the beach nice. Would recommend if you don’t need showers or potable water.

For Hubbards Beach Campground: Sites are narrow and difficult to get into if neighboring sites are occupied. Beach is nearby with access to campground residents. It was noisy on weekend from nearby revelers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry room is reasonably clean. Seasonals are also friendly. We had some shade. Water isl not tasty but they have a separate well for drinking water, which was better but still had some mineral taste.
