For Mountain Meadows RV Park: we stayed overnight 11/15/2020. This is a spot to stay longer if you can. It's QUIET. Really quiet at night. The hosts were absolutely great. The sites are fine, but some are 30A and some 50A, so ask for what you need. Besides being close to Alamogordo, Tularosa is a nice town. What I liked was the backyard is access to public land going back to the hills for miles and miles. Hike / ATV / Bike all you want.
We me many who were setting down for the winter here. This is a bit cold, with lows sometimes to zero, but mostly in the 20's overnight and 50's in the day at worst. I can see why they want to be here.
OBTW...the hint to take the Mountain Meadows road is correct. It's the next junction with a turn lane after Rattlesnake road if you're west bound.

For Mountain Meadows RV Park: Park Managers are Super! JoAnn and Jack are like family trying to help with anything you need. The 20 sites are in more of a Park than Parking lot, great facilities friendly people and great attractions. Off the highway and very quiet, close enough to Alamogordo a great city. Great view of White sands and Sierra Blanca.

For Mountain Meadows RV Park: Quiet with beautiful mountain views. Nice, clean laundry room and bath/shower area despite being a little older. Crystal the owner was very sweet and helpful. Great place and price (PA) for an overnight stop. Would definitely stay again.

For Mountain Meadows RV Park: Very clean and quiet RV park. Takes a little winding around off Highway 54/70 but well marked with signs. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend this park for overnights or staying a while.

Old No. 7
For Mountain Meadows RV Park: A flat gravel campground that is typical for the area with good wifi and very friendly staff. Takes Passport America ($15.00/night)
Full hookups 50 amp. A little way out of town. With a big rig, take Mountain Meadows Rd and avoid Rattlesnake Rd which our GPS told us to take. Clean, private bathroom.
