For KOA Journey Tucumcari: In this day and age it’s absolutely necessary to have good internet. This place DOES NOT. So disappointing. Everything else is great, but good wifi is a must. Therefore we won’t stay here again, sad to say.

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: Nice spot to overnight. Easy off I 40. Cookies on arrival. Level gravel sites, pull throughs. Saw some cement pads in the back. Good hookups although our electric in site 8 was at the back of the pull through. Needed an extra long cord with extension Good water pressure and good location 2 small dog parks in the shade. Also nice area for longer walk around the park. pretty empty when we first arrived but filled in nicely Sites are not too close to each other. nice addition to the stay. They provided breakfast with pancakes, eggs ,meat, coffee, juice delivered to your door for $8.50. Would stay again.

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: We agree with Kelle’s review. New ownership since our stay here a year ago and they’re putting forth a lot of extra effort. Loved the warm cookies and friendly welcome on arrival. The incredible hot breakfast delivered right to our trailer door on an icy, windy morning was a fantastic perk. Lots of infrastructure improvements planned. Yes, the lots are gravel and there’s a bit of road noise from I-40 but these are minor nits. For an overnight stay it was great for our needs. We expect to return .

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: Nice campground overnight on our way to Utah. New ownership - things are very clean. Showers and bathrooms could use update but are clean and we’re convenient to our site #41. Received freshly baked cookies on arrival and the Wi-Fi works. Always a plus. Level sites - larger ones in back with concrete pads.

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: There are not many places on this stretch of I-40 for fresh water. We are KOA members, we needed water not a stay. I called and the woman made it clear that they “are not in the business of selling water, and it would be $15.” Go to mountain road rv park just west of here: $5 for fresh water fill and very kind people.

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: Great campground for an overnight stay. Right off I40 so easy off / easy on. Stay here on 9/26/21 in a Class C MH. Sites were level and spacious. We had view from site. Some road noise but not enough to disturb your sleep. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We gave it 4 stars because it was a little expensive for what it offered, especially for an overnight stay.

For KOA Journey Tucumcari: Nice clean park had a pull thru 50 amp. Facilities were clean. Had good cable. Ordered breakfast and was delivered to the RV as there was no eating in house cause of some Covid rules still. Would stay here again.
