For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Very nice staff. I was disappointed as I was hooking up my utilities I asked for the location of the pool and was informed that they didn’t have one. That amenity was the reason that we selected this campground. The campground was nothing special but it was clean. If you post that you have a pool … have a pool!

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: I was late coming due to construction and wrong time zone. They call and told me that they were closing at 5. I told them I was an hour out and the lady told me that I couldn't self park as they had a unique park. I asked for a refund for the night as I wasn't the one stopping me from camping. She told me know and agreed to wait for 40 minutes. Then some guy called and said that he cancelled my reservation and just hung up on me. I called back and asked if i was getting a refund, he said yes. When I told him he was really rude to hang up on me he told me "I don't give a f**k" He repeated this several times. I wouldn't use this place if it was the last one around.

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: We transition from Florida to Utah often and have stayed here many times. It’s an excellent place to stay if wanting to see Santa Fe. Friendly, helpful staff, immaculate facilities. We were a bit surprised at our bill for the $60 site was over $100. Loads of additional taxes and fees. Last year we stayed in ABQ at Isleta Lakes and took the train to Santa Fe. One way to see both places. If you can boondock camp inside Bandelier NM, great camping and much to see. Valles Caldera just minutes away. If you were a Longmire fan, the Longmire cabin is in the caldera. Back to the Trailer Ranch…they ask that you check in before 5 PM at this time of the year. It’s a must, it’s not a suggestion. Do not complain when they close the office and refuse to let you park after 5 PM. Like everywhere, staffing is difficult. Just follow the rules and you will have a wonderful stay.

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Lots of problems here because of recycling! While checking in the staff said they didn’t recycle but there were blue recycling containers that I could use. Next day when one was out in front of our RV I put our recycling in the container Next thing I knew we had a very aggressive knock at our door asking if we used the recycling container. Long and short of this story is that the owner lives on property along with others and they pay to have recycling and RVers cannot use them. But, the problem is that the owner felt that he had the power to remove us for this misunderstanding and threatened us ! Really ! For recycling. Our question is why doesn’t the owner pay to have RVers to recycle , only himself ?
Will not return here again Even though the place was clean, easy to get to the city of Santa Fe, the owners need management skills The entire situation could have turned out differently ,

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: This is a very nice campground and we enjoyed our night there. It's in a very safe place. The 55+ community part of the RV park is very immaculate. The bathrooms are spotless. The office staff are very helpful and kind. There is a bus stop at the front of the campground that only costs $1 per person for the day and takes you to downtown Santa Fe. Great campground facility!

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Good location. Close to Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Valles Caldera National Preserve and Bandolier National Monument. Park itself is your typical RV park. Very close sites. Clean bathrooms. So-so wifi- worked well some of the time. 50+ OTA TV stations but only one major network- NBC. Good place to stay to see the area, but just a typical city RV park.
