For KOA Journey Raton: I gave it a 4 star. It isn't a big elaborate place but is right in town. Easy in and easy out. You can walk to most places. If you like simple and quiet it is nice here. There are about 42 spaces and are made of gravel. Some tent spots and a few cabins. The owner is pleasant and helpful. I have been in a lot worse places. The owners try to keep it nice and clean and organized.

For KOA Journey Raton: Not a fancy Koa but good price. Quiet, no train or interstate noise! We stopped for the night, full hookups , pull through and flat! Would stop again!
