For KOA Journey Grants: Even the good reviews mention the small lots and other things that make this park mediocre at best Online it looked like all the other RV parks were closed due to covid... this one only had “3 spots left” (there about 2 permanent RVs and no one else). It appears driving by that all the other parks are open. Including the casino and the one with carry out beer at their brewery. The “dog park” is a 20x30 chain linked area (truck stop size). Idk if this place is new? It has fresh gravel and is level but it’s NOT worth $58, its a glorified B- If I hadn’t already paid before I got here I wouldn’t have stayed, but its just for the night. #KOAyousuck.

For KOA Journey Grants: Wonderful customer service! Beware, FLIES, FLIES, and more FLIES!!! Sites were decent size and upkeep was good.

For KOA Journey Grants: Great little overnight campground. Staff really understands the concept of customer service. A couple little things to mention; Sites are a little on the small side. No room to sit between campers as the neighbors are right on top of you. I could not have put out my awning. Bathrooms are very clean but dated. Need to get some updates done them. Loved the apple pie.

For KOA Journey Grants: Very friendly people and nice size gravel sites. Even a nice trail to walk with information about the history of the lava. Dinner available, delivered to your door. Pizza was good.

For KOA Journey Grants: Nice level gravel sites. Sites are not too close. Room for my 45’ 5th wheel. The staff have to be the friendliest staff of any campground I have stayed at. Very helpful.

For KOA Journey Grants: What makes this park outstanding is the great hospitality of the ladies in the office. Super friendly, focused on making your stay as pleasant as possible. Extra amenities offered like free continental breakfast and home-cooked dinner (not free but very reasonable) delivered to your rig. Large, level gravel pull-through sites, neither exceptionally wide or narrow. A great place to stay.

For KOA Journey Grants: Have stayed here several times. Very easy in and out. Friendly staff. Facilities are neat and clean.
