For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: Carlsbad is somewhat out of the way and as such RV campgrounds are limited. Add in the ton of oil workers that call the camp/RV grounds home and options become limited fast. With that said the staff here were extremely kind and went out of the their way to help and accommodate us on short notice. Brian, one of the facility guys even help me fix some of our RV issues. This RV park had all of accommodations one could hope for. While it may not have been the most luxurious RV park ever. It more then met our need. Thank you guys.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: If it were possible I would take stars away from the other (misleading) reviews. We tent camped in a sticker patch, had to be the worst spot, even though we were the only tent campers and other sites were available. The stickers were so bad that they were even in carannathe gravel parking area. Our site was situated very close to the highway where heavy truck traffic made sleep impossible. The bathrooms smelled like they had not been cleaned recently. Our price quote wasn’t honored and we paid $38 for one night.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: We were here for 6 nights. The staff was an A+. Our check in was smooth. We have a 45 ft DP with trailer. Was able to easily get to spot. Most of the tenants were long term supporting the energy industry. Felt safe as Park was completely fenced and a gate with card was required after 7. The park was very quiet. There were a lot of folks who left early for work but they were polite as far as vehicle noise. Only complaint was internet was a bit on the weak side. There was a indoor pool that looked very nice. Did not use this or bathrooms. Only 1 mile to Walmart. 30 miles to Carlsbad and 50 to Guadalupe. Would stay here again if in town. Make sure you check out ice cream shop downtown. It was really good.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: This is our first time staying in an rv campground, we typically dry camp/boondock, I have nothing to compare this to, we paid about $45 after tax and AAA discount. We called at the last minute on a Friday night, we're 38' long - 5th wheel only. They were able to accommodate us. Our spot was kind of tight but for one night it wasn't bad. The bigger spots were all taken and considering we didn't really call ahead I'm not complaining. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a lot of stuff. We only hooked up to their electricity since our stay was so short. They have 30/50 amp at their sights, pull through spots and picnic tables at all spots. There were trees too. The gravel is level. Lots of dirt but it's NM, no avoiding that. The dog run area was accommodating, were able to play ball and let the fur baby run around without a leash. There are a lot of little stickers though, our dog had a ton of them in his fur, not sure if they were from the dog area or the swings- let the dog run and then get the kids to run and swing.
They were about a 30 min drive to the caverns.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: Nice campground with friendly staff. Cable good but WiFi not. Level gravel. We stayed overnight and would do it again.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: We didn't use the bathrooms but wouldn't doubt other reviews of that. It was $44 a night and the spots had large gravel. Dog area was big but pretty run down. We stayed here mainly due to location. 30 min drive to Carlsbad Caverns and close enough to town to get supplies. Wifi was horrible and was never able to use it.

For Carlsbad RV Park and Campground: Friendly staff, not far from CCNP. But noisy in the a.m. thanks to numerous long term campers who work in the energy industry. And the showers and toilet facilities are in BAD need of updating! Ugh!
