For Fla-Net Park: I cannot recommend this place. The roads are full of ruts, our picnic table (and others) has a rotten board on top sticking up far above the rest of the tabletop, the sewer connection has no threads, so I have to keep my foot on the end of my hose and put it away after each use. The bathhouse is dirty and moldy, with an overflowing trash can. The pool they advertise is closed. Mostly permanent and seasonal people staying here.

For Fla-Net Park: We have a 43 ft fifth wheel and coming in the office manager took us around a very narrow road on the pond which had no room for error. Rocks on wall on one side and the pond on the other. Pull through site by large tree was okay but tree limbs need to be trimmed they would get caught in our exhaust fan. Before leaving my husband had to climb on top to pull out. It was the closest park to New York we could find and drove to Trenton, NJ to catch the train from Penn Station to NYC Penn Station. Bathrooms were bad no soap or paper towels. Laundry were a few machines outside behind the office. This is mostly a working man’s RV park. Trash was a long way away and not on our way out. We stayed a week but would not revisit. Only thing we liked was the proximity to NYC.

For Fla-Net Park: Upsides are it is a quiet campground and clean. It could use some upgrading including the bath house (but they were very clean ). I had several vehicles from a local business parked across from me. Sites are narrow and close together but easy to get in. All utilities are easily accessible. I would stay again.

For Fla-Net Park:
This campground is occupied by permanent and seasonal residents who are workers (tradesman, contractors). It is one of the few (only?) campgrounds in the area that is open all year round with full hook ups. The campground was not well maintained, although during our last month there (May) the owners were upgrading, repairing roads (unpaved, bumpy, dusty, potholed), releveling sites and making the campground landscaping more appealing (requiring permanent residents to clean up their sites). Sites pretty close, just enough room for the picnic table. There are no activities, just a small pool and a game room (that we did not use). Noisy in the morning and evening as people go and return from work. It is relatively close to transportation to NYC (NJ transit train stop nearby and 50 minutes to Newark Penn Station). Family owned, everyone was friendly and helpful, a plus for us as this was our first campground in our new motorhome. Not a bad place to stay if you need to be near the city or the area and do not plan on spending a lot of time in the campground.

For Fla-Net Park: This is a goood place. We where on a new leveled site just beside the big pond. The pool is not an olympic size one but ok during warm wether. Good acces to New York if you want to go visit. The rates are very acceptable and not what they are shown here on Allstays $$$$$ more like $$$.
AllStays Note: As of this note, their website clearly states rates above $40 (and possible per person rates above) so they are correctly marked at the highest range of $$$$$
