Owner says he's retiring and the park is being sold to Ocean County to be returned to a natural area after the 2023 season.
Such a shame, campsite received such great reviews.

For Cedar Creek Campground & Canoe Rent: Private campground with lots of full timers. Spaces were really tight. Nice people. Didn’t use the restroom so no report. Ok one night stop. Close to off shore islands with lighthouse and restaurants. Site was level.

For Cedar Creek Campground & Canoe Rent: Stayed here for 2 nights in mid May in a 40’ fifth wheel, spot 28. Good water pressure and electricity.
Gravel spots with room and a picnic table.
Quiet this time of year. Easy to find off highway and easy to get into.
Pool wasn’t open but was a nice facility.
Back section was wooded and had nice trails to walk.
Bathrooms were clean, didn’t use laundry.
Would stay here again.

For Cedar Creek Campground & Canoe Rent: We were there mid February. Place is open year round. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are immaculate and heated during the winter. We love that we were camping in the beautiful Jersey Shore.

For Cedar Creek Campground & Canoe Rent: Nicely set up for winter stop-overs. They've got a limited number of sites with a separate water feed with heat tapes, well thought out to provide water in the cold months. Site we used was back-in, and not overly level, requiring a lot of "lego" blocks to level our class B. Decent bathrooms with good showers. Easy transit stop on the NJ coast.
