Jeeno

For Apple Hill Campground: Bathrooms felt like you could get tetanus just walking by, with a bunch of rusted washing machines on the front porch and a strong sewer odor. Showers a trickle, didn't bother with one. Sites need attention, badly slanted, holes and even a traffic cone in one to prevent injury. This is a place to avoid.

Darlene

For Apple Hill Campground: Rustic campground with a state park vibe and pricing. Full Hookups with good internet. Bathrooms were clean but certainly not fancy. Owner and family were very nice and down to earth. We stayed in the trailer area that was a large pull through site (#8 )overlooking the beautiful woodsy tent area. It was a great location to explore beautiful New Hampshire. Highly recommend visiting Mt Washington via the Cog Railway,Flume Gorge, exploring the Kanc Highway and Lost River. Not a lot of food options in the immediate area but we loved the food and price at the Common Man in Lincoln. Would absolutely return to this campsite and explore more of the beautiful New Hampahire area.

Fon

For Apple Hill Campground: Misleading website. They offer monthly rates but refuse to rent out monthly times. Pretty rude because they do not want someone living there! Shame on them! Change the website!

For Apple Hill Campground: This is a no frills campground. But, it is a perfect spot to make a base camp while exploring this area of New England. We stayed two weeks in late September and we were amazed by the foliage color changes on a daily basis. Many waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain scenic drives. Quiet campground.
