Earl

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: A very conveniently-located one-night spot with full hookup and 30-50A. Believe a fairly recent change in ownership from the Trading Post folks to Lewellen Motors owner. Experienced difficulty making payment online thru QR code linked to website. This code is on the “Pay Here” sign at the campsite entrance. I finally drove around to the dealership to pay in cash. Obviously I’m an old guy and very low tech. Rustic and pleasant surroundings, probably in re-building phase.

Nautilus Roaming

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: This campground is under new ownership and prices are higher than previously reported, now $40/night. Other info remains the same — small 12 site, RV only campground (no bathrooms or showers) with level grass sites and shade from large cottonwood trees. Adjacent to highway and train tracks but sound is not intrusive. A pleasant spot for an overnight stay.

Nancy

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: This is a small campground, clean, trees, level sites, reasonable price. Store and and restaurant on site. We used it as a one night stopover and it was perfect for that— right on the highway and quick, easy checkin. Trains are close, but they did not bother us. No highway noise. We would definitely stay again.

MICHAEL

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: Easy pull through with power, water and sewer. Check in at office/store then drive back to camp sites. Dumpster near campground and picnic tables were there(in a group) but you would have to move one to your site. Noise wise? Trains are very close and rumble as well as blow their horns. Off the road far enough that trucks shouldn't bother you unless they hit their jack brakes. Cute store and restaurant, but we did not eat. If anything changes, I will post tomorrow too.

Virginia

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: While this wasn’t the golf course view we expected per the previous review, it was a quaint and pleasant stay. The restaurant was adorable and the owners and staff incredibly delightful! No cell service but there is WiFi in the restaurant. I personally enjoyed the trains. They are definitely here though.

Melody

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: This Is a golf course with a campground. The sites are arrayed in a half circle of concentric elevations on a hill slope. This gives everyone a view of the Sutherland Reservoir. All hookups worked fine and there is a dump station on site. There is no Wifi available in your campsite. The staff were very nice.

Oaksfarmer

For Oregon Trail RV Campground: Wonderful, secluded little campground. 50amp/water/sewer. Trading Post restaurant was a gem. Truly a deal at $21.00 a night
