Craig

For Blue Heron Campground: We stayed here in July 15, 2019. The cost was $30. Register at the gas station. The place is older but very nice. I would stay here in the future. Thumbs Up

For Blue Heron Campground: This is a great overnight spot- lovely trees, old but clean and well maintained bathrooms, showers and laundry. Great wi-fi suitable for streaming and cable. We had a really good experience, and I hesitated as to give 3 or 4 stars, but it is ‘dated’ looking although everything works well. Some road noise although you couldn’t hear it from inside the camper, and couldn’t see the road.

The Bodines

For Blue Heron Campground: This park serves its basic purpose for staying one night. It needs some TLC. If it were cleaned up, updated and modernized (and perhaps with a modified layout) it would be a beautiful park. Large Cottonwood trees, stream nearby. But, with a run down play area, and a pool that needed cleaned, and some junky areas, I’m hesitant to give it 3 stars but it is more than a two.

For Blue Heron Campground: Stopped here for one night. Site was level. Wi-Fi was good. Bathrooms were not open yet. We received a reduced rate because the Park was not fully open. While not the fanciest Park, it served its purpose for us.

Thumperslady

For Blue Heron Campground: This is called Blue Heron Campground. Saw only 1 long term rig. No cig butts any where. Many pull through. Level sites. Fire ring at site. Some sites have cement stepping stones for your door area. Well shaded butvtrees are trimmed high. Bathrooms clean, good playground, regular pool and toddler pool with patio area; sites are gravel and sand mix, lawn:weed mix green area at site; nice tent sites; would stay again; register gas station store;

DivaDog

For Blue Heron Campground: Needs some TLC! Lots of stray cats. Our site was full of cigarette butts and stickers. A few seasonals, some with broken down vehicles, flat tires, and one with a lot of water under the trailer. General feeling was that there is little maintenance, although the area has lots of potential--lots of trees, near the river. Owners are Brits. Husband friendly and helpful. Wife, not so much. Probably would not stay here again.
