For Pine Lake RV Resort: Stayed four nights found management was very friendly. Contact was only made by phone and texting. I never found the office of the campground to be occupied. Definitely the campground is utilized by long term residence. I had power issues with my 30amp pedestal not being able to operate my ac during the daytime and up to early evening hours. Voltage would fluctuate from 117 volts down to 107 volts in which my surge protector would shut off for safety purposes. Water was shut down on day 3 without any notice. Most sites are very much unlevel and narrow and quite short. My sewer opening was up hill so that was interesting and challenging to say the least in emptying my holding tanks. Wanted to go for a swim around 6 pm but the gate entrance was pad locked? It was around the mid nighties and dip in the pool would of been nice.
One plus is this campground is 100% for our military as there are a couple locations on the property that are dedicated to our soldiers. Yes the campground is old and rundown but if I can stay there for four nights I guess you also could if you were in a tight jam and needed a place to camp.

For Pine Lake RV Resort: No frills campground. All of the sites and roads are just sand and some sites are on a steep slope. The laundry and bath houses have not been updated in a long time. The pool seems okay. My wife and I were confronted by the manager while we were exploring the campgrounds. She stated we were driving on roads that weren’t supposed to be driven on. We were never told about these roads and it is not on the campground map you receive at check in. Electric works, water pressure is good, and sewer works.
