For Julian Price Park Campground - Blue Ridge Parkway National Park: We liked this place so much we stayed here 7 days. I would recommend the river side of the camp site. It may be loud but the sites are much nicer. This is nice dry camping at best. The showers and facilities were ok. We decided to just pump out often instead of using them. The trails were awsome. No bikes though. But well worth the hikes around the lake and the larger 5 mile loop around Price. There is no cell service here for any provider, so you will have to go to Boone which is close by. We went there every other day because they had a Wal Mart there. We camped here in July and it was real nice and cool at night. So dry camping here will not kill you of heat. We will be back.
