For KOA Holiday Missoula: Stayed here overnight after a week dry camping at YNP. Yes it is down in the thick of it with traffic but we didn’t mind anything. Others have mentioned the airplane noise but being a military pilot, we loved it. Our kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the adults only hot tub. All facilities we used were clean and nice. We enjoyed a quick round or three of the 8 hole mini golf. Was probably the hardest mini golf ever but the kids had a blast. We enjoyed our overnight and would stop here again.

For KOA Holiday Missoula: We stayed here June 1, in a 24 foot trailer. We were assigned a site right on a busy road through the Mobil home park, that is a through street, and used by school buses, as well as cars. It is conveniently located to almost anything you need while on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were outdated, but everything worked well. The laundry had lots of washers, but only 5 dryers that worked. The spaces have a little grass between you and your neighbor, and the park is well maintained. Due to the noise level - planes, trains, and traffic, we would probably not stay here again. If you do stay here, get a spot away from the main road!

For KOA Holiday Missoula: Pretty typical KOA. We were traveling as a group of four RV's and had reserved four spaces together. Upon arrival we had three spaces together and a fourth a couple rows away. The guide in the golf cart moved our fourth RV to a spot closer to the group and was very helpful but it sounded like the lady in the office was bent out of shape about having to make changes.
The spaces were rather narrow and I had a telephone pole next to my coach.....not much clearance between the pole and one of my slide outs.
They have a large multi purpose room and they serve an all you can eat buffet breakfast. I am a breakfast guy and it was very good.

For KOA Holiday Missoula: Typical KOA parking (in rows, but at least at an angle so you aren't perfectly lined up) but location to city activities is almost perfect. Walking distance to a Main Street with fast food, stores and Costco. Quick drive to Farmer's Market, river, parks and more.
Staff is really friendly. Store is well stocked.
Park is very well maintained. Grass is even thick and green in the dog areas (3 separate ones). Flower beds are weeded, trees are trimmed.
Noise from train just a couple of times a day... Did not hear it overnight.

For KOA Holiday Missoula: Super friendly staff. In the middle of an RV park. I agree it's what we needed on our trip for an overnight. Close to much of what's in town. Costco across the street.

For KOA Holiday Missoula: If you are looking for ambience, this isn't it. In the middle of a trailer park. But, this was just what we needed as we make our way across country. Clean bathrooms, hot showers, and laundry. Plus, Smokey (runs the place) is very nice and knowledgable.

For KOA Holiday Missoula: Very large KOA. Crowded and noisy, kid friendly but expected with KOA. Store is well stocked. Can here some airport noise too but that is concentrated to a couple times a day.
