Dale

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Nice little campground far enough off the highway you won’t hear it. Is a scrap metal yard that gets going in the morning but it’s not loud enough to interrupt a peaceful morning. Didn’t use facilities. But Rodney was very pleased and gave after hour instructions if needed. Sites are a bit close together but enough room for slides .. would stay again.

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: This was easy access off I20 for an overnight stay. Owners were very nice and accommodating with instructions for our arrival after hours. Did not use any of their facilities , would definitely overnight here again.

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Beautiful park even though the drive in is not. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gravel pull through spot are a little slopes forward but nothing our leveling system couldn’t handle. We would definitely stop by here again if the need arises.

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Owners were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I liked this KOA because the sites weren’t right on top of each other. More rustic like a campground should be in my opinion.

Greg

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Very good site and I’m typically not a KOA fan. Some sites do need a bit leveling but for most part they are fine. A much shorter distance from Toomsuba than coming in from Cuba. Hosts were very nice

Matt

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Toomsuba - Now, that is a name you won’t forget! Very small KOA. Back woods. Pull thru campsite level. WiFi was okay, cell service was better w Verizon. We stayed overnight twice as we passed through. Staff is friendly. We would stay here again.

BeechPilot

For KOA Journey Meridian East Toomsuba: Okay for overnight stay. Road from I20 very narrow and curvy for about 1.5 miles. As previously reported bridge states 6000 lb weight limit yet large trucks come and go to recycle center near campground. Did not use the bathroom facilities. Narrow spots. WiFi not real strong. Only over the air channels.
