For Southaven RV Park: We came in on a rainy day and stayed in number 26 did not hook up until we had come back from a barbecue contest. It was about 9 pm and I hooked up to the 30 amp, nothing worked. Had to get someone to test the plug, oh it had electricity 220! Fried my electric input ! Will have to be replaced , about $300. Battery charges fried! Thank heaven I have the inside protected. Called the next day and told them not to put anyone in that spot until electric is fixed. No offers to pay for my repairs. I will have a protector before I plug in another electric post. How this place keeps 5 stars are questionable

For Southaven RV Park: I'm only posting this because of the previous review. There was nothing wrong here, but we stayed in the only, and I mean ONLY, overnight space. The entire park is taken up with monthly residents. The nice lady in the office told us that everybody is here for work and there's a waiting list to get in. There's nothing "manicured" about it. It's under the landing pattern of the airport and full of older trailers. Like I said before, there's nothing wrong with this place, it's just not as nice as previously reported.

For Southaven RV Park: The absolute cleanest, well manicured park we have stayed in this entire cross country trip. The price of $40.00 for full hookup you can’t beat it!! Hot tub open year Round. Stayed in 36’ class A with tow. Never had to disconnect. Will stay here again and recommend to other travelers.
