For Memphis South Campground and RV Park: What a dump. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Can't believe Good Sam would affiliate with this place. So many pot holes in the road into the place if you're not careful you could lose an axle. Electrical box was run over and on it's side. Couldn't get water until after 6 pm. Many of the residents are full time and the living isn't good.

Passport America $25.00 per night have to stay 2 nights. Should be free!
The electrical boxes been run over so many times the main electrical cords are exposed very dangerous. Our neighbor who seems to be living here full-time as a gazillion watt power light outside of his camper so we had to close all our blinds to keep from going blind. (Still on at 12AM)
The sewer smell is horrible can't even take a walk without gagging.
They say the have "High Speed Internet" NOT! So slow you might as well just use you phone. 50 times faster.
Not a happy camper!
Might just forget the second night and move on. No refunds by the way.
This was a $50.00 mistake!!!!!
The only person in the office was nice though.

For Memphis South Campground and RV Park: Friendly staff but park needs a lot of attention. Store and laundry room in poor state. Everything is worn out, especially washers and dryers. Pool is full of debris. Level spots with some stored and full timer rvs scattered about. We stayed here in a motor home.
