Joe Conrad
For Gasconade Hills Resort: The owners here were very nice. I was a late arrival and they were happy to re-open the office to admit me. (They also promised to fetch me in case of a tornado warning.) It's an Ozark country-vacation sort of place next to a small river. Abundant trees and grass. I stayed only a night. Rest room & showers were fine. Inexpensive. In late April there were only 2 campsites occupied.

For Gasconade Hills Resort: I love this place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never actually camped or RV’d here, but I have done float trips to here on multiple occasions.

For Gasconade Hills Resort: Nice staff. Spotless restrooms. But NOT for big rigs. It’s 1 1/2 miles down a narrow country road and the campground roads are tight. We are pulling a 20 foot trailer and can’t imagine getting anything bigger in and out of there.
But it was a nice setting next to a river. Again- nice staff and clean restrooms. There were a lot of campers and they were having a good time.
