For KOA Journey Jackson: One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at for traveling through. Extremely kind and generous staff. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable grounds and spots. Highly recommend stopping here for the night or an extended stay. You won’t regret it!

For KOA Journey Jackson: Have to say this KOA had the best check in and customer service anywhere. The grounds were clean, pool was inviting and well used - but we were only there for the night in a 45' class A. The guy at the desk was a seasoned veteran- smoothest check in ever. After a long drive, his efficiency was appreciated. Later that night I saw some tree branches that may be low enough to touch our rig on departure - I happened to see the same guy that night and let him know. WELL - the next morning the branches were taken care of- no hassle or attitude, just a great customer experience.

For KOA Journey Jackson: Nice enough campground. We made a overnight stop on our way out west. We had a nice pull through site that was pretty level. Sites were decent size. We would stop again if we were passing through. We stayed in a 40’ 5th Wheel.

For KOA Journey Jackson: Decent place to stop at halfway to Mount Rushmore. Nice activities for kids including a large bounce house castle. Pool was nice and clean. Campsites very close to each other. Bathrooms were very clean. Had free movie for kids at night too.

For KOA Journey Jackson: Don't go there. If you want to cancel your reservation, the owners don't pick up the phone or react on your emails. But they do charge your creditcard. Several emails and calls remains unanswered.....
