For Magnus Municipal Park: We are more of “urban campers” in a 21’ van, so we don’t expect much other then great location. This is a beautiful location right on the bike path around the bay. Restrooms were clean, private showers & laundry with passcode. We called for same day arrival. Elec & water (we didn’t need it, but that was all that was available)for $42 . Picnic table at site. Small park with just 78 sites. Tucked next to a very nice neighborhood .

For Magnus Municipal Park: Great little park if you want to visit Petoskey and Harbor Springs. I expected sites to be nicer, but I felt like we were packed in there like sardines. What you do get at this RV Park is access to the walking/biking trail, a beach, and a million dollar sunset, weather permitting. And that is why I gave it 4 stars!

For Magnus Municipal Park: Made a reservation months in advance via the phone. Arrived around noon to find our tiny site occupied till 3pm. I was VERY concerned we would not fit in the assigned site. Spoke with 2 worthless employees who could have cared less BUT agreed the site was too small. Had to scramble to find another CG....waisted our day away waiting for them to assist us.

For Magnus Municipal Park: 28.00, water, electric and wifi. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan from some sights. Mostly pretty flat grounds. Fire ring with grill. And picnic table. Pretty far walk to town. They said 4 blocks don't think so. I guess that would be which part of town. Out of firewood but could buy it in town. Does have s very bad smell at the end close to sewage treatment plant. Other end is fine. Constant noice from I assume hospital but you get used to it. The location to the lake is outstanding. Would recommend it.
