For Linwood Beach Marina and Campground: We stayed here for just one night in late Aug’24. It was a great place to stay …easy access to interstate…wonderful office staff….clean bathrooms (the newer one was the nicest)…reasonable price….and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

For Linwood Beach Marina and Campground: Approx 3 miles off I-75. Called 1 hour before we arrived to see if they had a pull thru, FHU site for our 40’ MH & tow. Jolie (sp?) was super pleasant & helpful, gave us a site # and took our CC info if we arrived after the office closed at 5pm. As we pulled down the road to the office around 5:15pm she was leaving work, stopped in the road to greet us and to make sure we knew where we were going & if we needed anything. She was the kind of person you’d like to meet everyday!!
The site was great! We walked around the Marina & waterfront and were pleased with everything we experienced. We just wish we could have stayed a few days!! Highly recommend for folks driving on 75 or for an extended stay.

For Linwood Beach Marina and Campground: Nice campground. Grounds were clean, marina has sandwich & ice cream shop. Nice park that is lake front w/ pavilion. Fun to watch the boats on the lake and going in and out of the channel. WIFI worked great, rained a few days so we just watched Netflix in the camper. People were very friendly. A lot of seasonal campers that like to party but they shut it down by midnight every night so it wasn't that big of a deal. Dog friendly which was great, what was not so great is that there are dogs running free and not on a leash in the campground. The dogs belonged to the seasonal campers. Didn't appreciate that much as our dog doesn't really like other dogs, pretty inconsiderate by their owners. I just put our dog in the camper if the other dogs were running around.

For Linwood Beach Marina and Campground: Good campground that is set a little back from the marina. $33 for water/electric, $41 for full hook up. Staff was great. Took us to the sites to pick one out that was satellite friendly. There appears to be some permanent residents and some weekenders, but everyone was super friendly. Nice ice cream shop near the marina. Newer bathhouse. Separate showers and bathrooms. Laundry is in the same building $1.25 for wash, 1.25 for dryers. 2 of each and they worked great. The only negative about the showers is there is no place to place your soap/shampoo in the shower. No shelf, soap dish or anything. Kind of amazing for a newer facility. I don't know who designs these things. Must be someone that doesn't use them. We would stay again!
