For Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort: I estimate 90% are seasonal or permanent in trailer home. Well kept and clean. Space for RV small/medium. Site not level but cemented. Indoors heated pool. Didn’t use laundry room.

For Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort: Friendly staff and clean neighborhood. It is that...a neighborhood with park models. Available spaces are from sites which are for sale. The sites are relatively small but accommodated our 26’ View and toad. Since we were gone most days the cramped outdoor space was not an issue but we just felt we were sitting in the yard of the permanent dweller next to us. Garbage pickup available or drop off as we did at the entrance. Clean and inexpensive laundry room. This was quieter and more expensive than previous stays at Brighton SRA although there is much more space at the SRA. We stayed 6 nights while visiting friends in the area. We would stay again.

For Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort: Beautiful resort but more like a neighborhood then a campground. I was lucky to get what I needed; one night, but would not have stayed long - too upscale for "camping."
Also, I hit a lot of tree overhang when driving my 32' class A rig to site. I don't expect they trim these for the occasional visitor.

For Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort: Most sites are seasonal, occupied with "Park Models" so be sure to check vacancy!
Sites are generally small, but the topography and landscape helps with the atmosphere.
Facilities are average to slightly above average.
