For Alcona Park: Nice park. But they could be more truthful about prices. Spots are $32-36 but they did not tell me there is a $10 charge to book the site until I drove around and picked out a site and came back up register. After the process was almost done she said that will be $42. Hmmmm

For Alcona Park: Beautiful park but the staff was horrible to deal with!! We kept loosing electricity and were treated rudely when we asked for assistance. We had to move our fifth wheel after everything was set up. We also happened to have truck problems while staying at the park. We had to use our RZR to get parts and the park manager was very rude about it saying he didn’t want the orv in the park and it wasn’t his problem we had problems. I also used the shower that you pay for early on a Thursday morning with the park at half capacity only to endure a rather icy shower. We have been camping at this park for over 40 yrs and it’s sad how consumers energy chooses to run things.
