For Salmon Falls River Camping Resort: My husband and I chose this particular "Resort" because we wanted to take my granddaughter for her last camping experience before the end of the season. In particular, We wanted to be able to take her swimming in the olympic swimming pool.
We were never so disappointed upon arrival. In fact, if we could have gotten our money back, we would have left and gone elsewhere. However, there are no refunds, no matter what!
The camp sites are on top of each other. The so called fire pit is just a metal ring in the middle of the site. When we walked down to the pool, it was sooooo dirty, that I wouldn't have let my dog swim in it -- never mind my granddaughter. It was clear that the pool had not been cleaned in quite a while. The bottom of it was covered with sand.
We would never return to this campground (resort???????) How does that come in to the picture?
