For Sutton Falls Camping Area: Wonderful stay here in late Sept. very friendly staff, there are seasonals but their area s was well managed. Would definitely stay again and recommend .

For Sutton Falls Camping Area: Tried to cancel 12 days before our trip. Would only give us 50% back if they rented the site. Woman was very rude, horrible customer service. Will never stay there
