For Sun Outdoors Cape Cod: Site quality varies by sight. Mine was a pave site, the site next to mine was a swamp. I’m in a 37 foot motor home. I wouldn’t have pulled in there even though I would have fit. Interesting local population that lives here, Seasonals. pools are nice partially close facilities are adequate. Clean nice place to stay all in all, you are close to your neighbors

For Sun Outdoors Cape Cod: site was adequate, snobby people apparently fulltime residents or something. They seemingly called office numerouse times on us with visits from aggressive employees pounding on our camper door after midnight insiting we where making too much noise with loud music , WE WHERE ALL IN RV SLEEPING ! The next afternoon another visit from a phyco lady threatening to kick us out and demanding to know "HOW DID YOU MANGE TO GET IN HERE" ? Then while driving in through the gate past the office we where chased down by the same disgruntled churlish woman. she followed us to our site upset because we where singing in the car as we passed office. Apparently they think theyre running a silent monastery for Trappists monks. So in conclusion if you are very elderly and dont make any sounds, sit silently meditating and dont go anyhere ever You might stand a chance.

For Sun Outdoors Cape Cod: Excellent location for sites around the Cape. Our site was great no problems. No WiFi! Poor TV. Very few bathhouses away from office. Long walks to laundry with few machines working. Staff was hard working and friendly. Park was not equal to the high price charged. Not enough facilities for side of park.

For Sun Outdoors Cape Cod: Nice campground. The sites are paved. We had site W27. We didn’t pay attention to the tree on the awning side so we weren’t able to open our awning. We could’ve repositioned our trailer but decided not to because we knew we’d be out doing things so it didn’t bother us. It’s very close to the ferry harbor to Martha’s Vineyard. WiFi was nonexistent but our Verizon signal was strong enough.

KennyG

For Sun Outdoors Cape Cod: We stayed 9 nights on a premium site in a 45’ motorcoach. We loved this park and are planning on staying a month next year. The location is great. So much to see and do all around the area. Even Provincetown on the tip is only 2 hrs. away. Sites are asphalt and pretty level. I heard a complaint that sites were too close together, but I didn’t think so as I have been in much worse parks. My biggest complaint is WiFi. There is not even a hint of a signal anywhere in the park except at the registration building. There you can sit on the deck and get WiFi. I don’t think the glam sites are worth it but that is personal preference.
