For Pine Campgrounds: The staff is nice and the sites are affordable, and we were able to book 2 sites on a holiday weekend… however, they charge you for using things like the shower ($1 for 8 minutes) which was pretty gross inside, and there was no soap in any bathroom to wash hands.
While they advertise quiet hours, none were enforced, with kids playing on the playground til 2 am, and there were people playing loud, explicit, music well into the night.
They had an enormous bonfire in front of our site, burning a huge stack of pallets, to celebrate the holiday. While I’m impressed that it all just burned in on itself, we had to use our own magnet to pick up the screws/nails left behind to ensure we didn’t get a flat tire when we pulled out the next day.
We will not be returning here.

For Pine Campgrounds: The bathrooms are very clean and the staff nice. They have a pool and activities to do.
Also have people burning pressure treated wood and others dumping their tanks on site and stinking up everything around. Way more packed in than we expected and it’s all dirt so you really can’t tell your site from the road.
