For Jimmie Davis State Park: Great park- clean - not all sites are level but doable - ATT was one bar but worked better near lake - we were in site 51 and 72 - 51 was semi shady and our cell service was better than 72 but 72 was level and shady

For Jimmie Davis State Park: Very nice very clean. Definitely gonna be back. Site 66 was a little tight backing into with the camper. Doesn’t help it’s 40’ long. The only problem was mosquito and gnats where terrible. But they make sprays for all them.

For Jimmie Davis State Park: What a great state park campground! Our site (#51) was just steps away from the lake through a few trees. We could barely see our neighbors since the sites were angled perfectly and a good distance apart. Abundant fishing from shore, docks or by boat, a sandy beach for swimming in the lake and splash pad, great looking cabins with screened porches, laundry facilities at the park, some sites with shade some in the open. Only con was with heavy rain there was poor drainage at our site and water pooled. But it subsided. Small marina down the road had dock seating and delicious fish & fries. Would come back again for a longer stay.
