Brian

For Three Springs Campground: Three Springs is a little rustic, but we had a great time. Rachel and Chris are great hosts. It was quiet and clean although the restrooms and office smelled like cigarette smoke. We were there in July and had some rain. It was green peaceful.

For Three Springs Campground: Great Campground. Great People. Don't let the road into the RV park fool you. We spent a few days there while visiting the Ark Encounter and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

George

For Three Springs Campground: We loved our short stay at Three Springs. We visited The Ark Encounter, and upon leaving realized it was too late to travel. I googled campgrounds and found Three Springs. Staff were awesome. Accommodating us even without reservations. Great site, it was quiet, and it was nice to see staff patrolling. Highly recommend this campground

Rex

For Three Springs Campground: Will not repeat others comments about the approach road, but they are correct- very narrow and torn up road. RV park is located in a small valley, so no over the air TV , no cable but we did get our Direct TV satellite to work. Roads are mostly dirt with some gravel. Pads are all gravel, could tell the gravel was a recent addition. Very inconvenient water connections, every other site. Temps dropped below freezing while we were there. Owners shut off water to all sites with no warning. Didn’t use showers. Sewer dump as you leave, can cause delays. Would not stay here again and can not advise any rig over 35’ staying here - pads are short, turns are tight and approach road is very narrow.

Mike Keen

For Three Springs Campground: Very rustic but clean and well maintained. The owners are new, very nice and friendly. They seem to be doing a good job making improvements in the park. Water and 50amp electric, but no sewer. I could not get dish to work and only managed 4 over the air channels. I would not return to this park strictly due to the road in and out. The road is a one lane road and I met a school bus as I came in. There was no place for the bus to go, so I had to drive up in someone’s yard. In addition, the road has some major potholes. Someone in a small bumper pull or “B” class should not worry, but as for me and my 42’ class A, I’ll wait till the road is widened and repaved.

Wyma

For Three Springs Campground: I gave 4 stairs, the campground is very clean, good water pressure, no tv reception. The owners help with parking (back in gravel pads) and hooking up. Yes the road leading in is narrow but owner scheduled leave and arrival times to eliminate any problems. We were here 2 nights ( it’s close to the Ark encounter) would stay here again

Phil

For Three Springs Campground: Staff was friendly and helpful, but not much else was desirable. The road approaching the campground is narrow and in very poor condition. It goes through an area of old single wide trailers that are poorly kept. (Nothing personal about trailers, I have lived in them too, but I did keep mine clean!) The park is laid out in somewhat of a circle. If you stay in the first half, the following is not an issue. If you stay on the second half of the circle, you must pass over a narrow bridge (one on each end of the circle). Although the bridges are wide enough for most vehicles, you must hit it straight on. If you don't swing wide going onto a bridge or if you turn too sharply coming off of a bridge, your pull behind could drop off. The restrooms are not temperature controlled so humidity is an issue. They are also very old (reasonably clean) and need renovations. The sites are about an average size but are gravel and not too level. The hookups cover 2 sites, one on either side of the hookups. If you happen to be on the wrong side of the hookups you need a very long water hose and also electric. Mine were both 25 ft and would not reach. There are no sewer connections on the sites, but there is a dump station.
