For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: I stopped here to dump and was told by the owner it would be $40! I did not pay and he would not let me go through and turn around. I had to back out of the campground. He was a very unpleasant man. Seemed to be more interested in money than creating a customer fan base.

For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: We stayed at site 29, FHU. 50amp 7/14-7/15. Sites are tight for a 35' 5th wheel. Sites and roads are gravel. Site was level but tight, not much room or grass between sites, about 15'. Picnic table located close to neighbors sewer hook-up.

For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: This is the nicest KOA I have ever stayed in! Beautiful grounds, level and compact gravel sites. Fair amount of room between you and neighbors. Other great amenities. Would definitely stay here again😊

For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: Look, I don’t like paying this much - or at all - for a campsite. Give me the west where you can boondock on federal land without services in the wild. But that’s just not possible in this region. So I pass through as quick as I can and stay on campgrounds along the way. This is a nice o e. Standard KOA fare - pull through sites all full hook up . But the people are so very nice, it makes the difference. Here during COVID so bathrooms are not open. Must be self contained. But friendly people!

For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: This is an older campground however it seems well maintained. The store is well stocked and the staff very friendly and helpful. The sites are close and confined within the many trees however it was fairly easy to drive in and with a 35 ft RV towing a trailer.

Camper
For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: Frequently stay at KOAs on the road for their consistency, safety, nice bathrooms. This one was a beautiful setting, however tent campers will be charged $40+ to stay in the back of the campground flooded out by factory lights from next door. Camp hosts were some of least friendly hosts I've come across in the last 18 months of living on the road, and gave me a hard time about coming in at 1am and threatened charging another night since I was there till 11:30am, past the check in time, toward end of season on a weekend. Would give 0 stars if I could.

For Rjourney Elkhart RV Resort: We are fans of KOA's in general, but had to comment on how awesome this particular campground was. Very friendly and helpful staff and grounds and facilities we're impeccably clean and cared for.
